Question: Where would you recommend moving in the country??
I liive in RI right now, and I've grown up here. I love the ocean.
I am getting my real estate license and RI is a hard market. I love the mountains so I was thinking of moving to NH. But then I got ahold of a real estate magazine from OK and they have ABSOLUTELY Beautiful Houses dirt cheap, and it looks like a good market to do business in, but I'm not near the water, and the land is flat....
I just want to buy a nice house, but NEED a yard, and I'm not talking about one of those tiny pieces of land with NO trees. I would like a nice yard with lots of trees and privacy, but not like a wilderness.... know what I mean?? I know I am picky, but I cant help it lol... any ideas??
Answer: Texas---lots of land, lots of different types of terrain, lakes galore, the coast has bays and inlets. The hill country is beautiful (central Texas), the piney woods appeals to many (east Texas), the coast is open prairies and thick hardwood forests along the rivers.
