Beautiful Homes is a service organization run by a group of private real estate investors who volunteer their time to operate Beautiful Homes. Friends of Beautiful Homes are private real estate investors who are currently looking to invest in homes. Beautiful Homes is as equipped to handle sales and purchase agreements as Realtors are - and we do it without fees!

Beautiful Homes investors have gone through training after training on many aspects of real estate including creative real estate financing and dealing with properties in distress. Beautiful Homes is therefore able to bring in experts in each field to help homeowners with various real estate challenges, not just selling and buying. For example, Beautiful Homes can help Home Sellers and Home Buyers:

• improve their credit and get better financing.
• qualify for loans in case conventional loans do not work.
• negotiate with banks in case of homeowners upside down on the mortgage. Most of the time, the banks will agree to drop some portion of the debt.
