What's important to home buyers

A large number of Home Buyers answered that safety is the most important factor for them when choosing where to live and where to buy a home. Then it’s the size of the home which has to be enough for the family and affordable enough. The neighborhood is also very important when buying a home. Below is an example of What’s Important to Home Buyers.

“If i were to look for a home tomorrow, I would look for a bungalow or ranch type house. The home I would like to buy would be all one floor with an attached garage. It would be a smaller home with two bedrooms, 1 and a half or 2 bathrooms, a big living room, with combined kitchen and dining area.

There would be plenty of closet space. There would be a yard for my cats to play in. I am not much of a gardener but I would plant some rose bushes and a few other flowers. I would like to live in a city neighborhood, close by essential places like grocery stores, shopping malls, doctors’ offices, etc. I would like to live in a multi-racial area. Sometimes I imagine living in or near a large city where there would be a lot of things to do-concerts, ballparks, museums, a lot of cultural stuff. This would be part of my maintaining an active life.”
