Question: Do You Miss Christmas The Day After Christmas?

I know I do. In the weeks leading up to Christmas, a couple of radio stations plays nothing but Christmas music 24/7, people deocorate their homes with beautiful lights, on tv there are hundreds upon hundreds of christmas themed tv shows and movies constantly airing, and even the commercial advertisements on tv and in magzines and newspapers are all Christmas themed. All the christmas trees and decorations, etc. And then the day after Christmas, with the exception of the still decorated homes, it's all over in an instant as if someone flipped a switch. That quick. No more Christmas music on the radio. No more christmas themed movies and tv shows. Not even Christmas themed advertisements, etc.

Answer: oh yeah, such a big let down. all thats anticipation is over and you have to wait a whole year till christmas comes back again. =(

"I have spent a lot of time thinking about my ideal home. First and foremost, the home needs to have a big kitchen and living room. The size of the bedrooms and bathrooms would be less important to me. I want the bigger rooms to be the ones I spend most of my time in.

Secondly, I need a home with a lot of land both for privacy and for expansion. I would need an acre at least.

Lastly, though a new home is always nice, I would rather save money on a home that is needs a little tender loving care but is full of potential. Another way to look at it is that a home in need of work allows you to customize it, really make it your own."

Home inspection is important when buying a home

Some Home Buyers prefer to buy homes to fix and customize to their preferences. But major repairs should be avoided as the next home buyer says about what's important to him when buying a home.

"That old adage of location is everything is true. If I were to look for a new home, I would want to see it in a desirable location and have a little land to work with.

Second, I would want to make sure that there is nothing that would need major repair as houses cost enough money as it is. If there is any hesitation on calling a home inspector and having the finality of your decision based on this, I'd pass it by.

Make sure you take careful note of roof conditions as this can be a major cost. I'd need to know that everything is up to code. I would not pass on any home that needed cosmetic work done such as stripping old wall paper and redoing it myself."

Question: Need good pics of Sporting Lisbon 2010 (home - green & white) kit...?

We're planning on getting a similar jersey done for our college and need good pictures of the front, back and side etc etc of the shirt and shorts to show the designer... help pl:(
