Question: How do you sell a manufactured home and make a profit? or just come out even?

Mfg. home is in a park that once was beautiful. Mgmt has let it run down most the homes have moved out but both of us are unemployed and can not afford the cost to move it to a private property to sell.

Answer: Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but manufactured homes decline in value as fast as they leave the showroom...about like a car. If your park has also declined, you may have a tough sale unless you are willing to take a loss.
