Question: I have 2 male siamese cats that I have to give away what is the best way to find a good home for them?

They are beautiful and house broken, I got them on craigslist but they no longer let you give pets away on that site. I need to find a good safe home for them ASAP please help with any information you may have. They are neutered, house broken, beautiful cats... I have pictures if you would like to see them.

Answer: Please don't give them to an animal shelter unless it is a no kill shelter. If an animal is not adopted in a certain amount of time (3-7days) they are put down. Please try and find a home.

Put an add in the paper or maybe on www.backpage.com, depending on where you live. Are there local classifieds you can use for free, in UT we have KSL.

Through word of mouth tell all of your friends, ask them to mention it to people at work. And very importantly give the reason why you have to give them up.

Some people are skeptical of cats being given away for fear of illness, behavioral/mental problems, spraying issues. It's important to say they are healthy,litter trained and perfect but .....

Hey I just went to my craigslist page, it says animal sales are not allowed, but a small rehoming fee is okay.
