Question: What Digital Camera Should I Buy For Real Estate Needs?

I work for 3 Realtors and we're looking to purchase a camera (no more than $350) that will take great pictures of both the outside & inside of homes to include the photos in our brochures and flyers about the house. Currently, we are using a pretty old kodak and the biggest problem we have is with the interior pictures -- if it's a sunny day and we try to take photos of a room with a lot of light pouring in -- the photos are usually really washed out. We also have an interest in doing virtual tours (I have a Nikon Coolpix and I know that it has the Panoramic assist mode that will show a bit of the previous photo you took so you can line up the photos.) I was looking at the Canon PowerShot A700, and also the Nikon P1, but i'm open to other suggestions -- thanks in advance for your help!!

Answer: Too bad your budget precludes a digital SLR.
I ran a search at www.dpreview.com with the following constraints:
* budget < 400
* zoom wider than 28mm (you need that for indoor shots)
I got 7 results. Of these, the camera best suited was over budget (Coolpix 8400) and one of the cameras had just 4MP (FinePix E500). Of the 5 remaining cameras, the Coolpix 5400
has unacceptable distortion at the wide end of the zoom and the PowerShot S70 has unacceptablr purple fringing. This leaves just 3 contenders:
* Fujifilm FinePix E510
* Samsung Digimax A55W
* Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX01

Question: No Heat In Winter In My Master Bedroom?

I recently purchased a new house in Buffalo NY. The house is beautiful. The Furnace is not old.It works very well. The whole house is warm and comfortable except the master bedroom. I don't feel the hot blast coming from the vent in the master bedroom at all. Two other bedrooms and the entire ground floor is hot. I am new to this state and the city and the houses here are from year 1900 to 1955. I don't understand what should I check in the basement from where the blast originates.Apparently I don't see any leaks anywhere .Can anybody suggest basically what should I check in the basement. The heating is by Gas .

Answer: Remove the bedroom vent's register and see if there is something obstructing the airflow. If there is a bend, use a small hand mirror and a flashlight to see as far down the line as possible.

Since it's a new house, it could be the installer simply didn't hook it up. Or another worker knocked the line loose after it was installed. Look carefully up the line to see what the cause is. You might be able to see better from another room's register.

Another possibility is that there is a valve closed in the line to diminish the airflow to a seldom used room. Maybe it just needs to be opened.

The worst case would be if it was completely forgotten to be hooked up. Get a portable heater until it can be fixed and call the contractor.

Question: Name of celebrity with the beautiful beach home on yahoo news?

On yahoo news a few days ago an article featured a pretty blonde celebrity I've never heard of and her beautiful beach home. I loved the pictures but because I don't know the celebrity's name I can't find the article again with the pictures...Can someone help me out please? I need her name or the name of the article.
