Question: better home & garden?

Hi , I am looking for the recipe of beautiful crispy pork belly with vegetable cooked by the lady chef in Better home & garden (sorry I dont know her name). can someone please provide that for me very urgent!!!

Crispy Braised Chinese Pork Belly With Steamed Greens

Chinese Pork Belly
Pork belly whole
Water
Dry sherry or Sake
Star Anise
Cinnamon Stick 1/3 Ea
Fresh ginger finely sliced
Dried chilli flakes 1 Pinch
Light Soy sauce
Red Currant Jelly 1 Tspn
Balsamic Vinegar 25 Ml
Garlic Cloves 10 Ea
Coriander 1/2 Bunch

Hokkien Noodles 1 Pkt
Baby Bok Choy 2 Bunch

Peanut Oil 100 Ml

Sauce for pre-prepared pork
Sweet Chilli sauce 1/3 Cup
Light Soy Sauce 1/2 cup
Hoisin Sauce 1/2 cup
Stock or Water 1/2 Cup
Bring to boil and reduce to thicken or add a little corn flour to thicken.

For the pork, bring the stock to the boil. Add the pork, reboil and remove any scum that rises to the surface. Add the sherry/sake, spices, ginger, chilli flakes, soy, red currant jelly, and balsamic vinegar.

Simmer covered on low heat or in the oven for 2-3 hours. Turn the meat frequently to even the appearance and cooking. Add the garlic after the first hour of cooking

When meat is cooked, test by using a skewer, remove, drain and cool and slice into 8 thick slices

Reduce sauce by boiling until it reaches a thick consistency, check the taste; don't let it get to salty. If needed you can thicken the sauce with a little corn flour.

As the sauce is reducing heat the oil until hot and add the thickly sliced pork, cooking on both sides until crispy, don't burn. Steam the bok choy and the noodles.

Serve the noodles and bok choy in centre of plate. Place on the pork pieces and pour over some sauce.

Where can i get married on a nice lawn at some sort of stately home in Norfolk?
Please help...me and my fiance are hoping to get married in a beautiful garden...on a nice lawn area part of a stately home, country manor sort of thing. We are based in Norfolk (UK) so ideally would have to be around this area. We are currently searching but if anyone knows of anywhere, please let me know. I apreciate your help. Many thanks.
